I have a burning sensation in my breast. At first if I left caffeine out of my diet that helped. Then it would happen if I had carbonation in drinks. Now nothing seems to help, and it seems to happen when I eat. I have noticed that it is more in the right then left.
It is quite possible that you might be suffering from peptic ulcer disease or gastritis. Do consult a physician who might advise you to take antacids or medications like pantoprazole.
In the meantime avoid oily, spicy, fatty food. Avoid tea, coffee, smoking, alcohol and carbonated beverages. Regular exercise 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week. Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day.
Hope this helps.
