when i urinate i have a cold like feeling and i have to urinate at least every five mins or less

You are suffering from Urinary tract infection so get your urine routine test done & if it shows pus cells more than 5/hpf then you sure have UTI .Please consult a doctor who can prescribe a full course of antibiotic.
