You seem to be suffering from some kind of digestive problem which could be from your bowls, or from your gallbladder. These issues can be resolved with a change of diet and perhaps with medication and possibly other interventions.
The first thing to do is to have a medical examination, including blood tests. You family physician should know exactly how to proceed. This is an issue that requires investigation in order to pinpoint the source of your distress. You are definitely manifesting symptoms of disease, but you must have your condition professionally assessed to move forward in the right direction.
I wish you good health, an the strength and courage to get the help that you obviously need.
Warmest regards,
Elliott
