hi my name is Doug and for the past 4 months or so ive had problems when i work out. I can go out and run 3 miles, however, when I go to do ANY anaerobic workouts/lifts I find myself yawning a lot, liquid seems to accumulate in my ears (or thats how it feels), then i start feeling faint and nauseous and the feeling gets worse and worse...thanks!
