Why Do I Feel Pain At The Right Testicle After Getting Aroused While Watching Pornography?

hi ,after watching porn I feel pain at my right testicals, I do not masturbate and the pain leaves after a time ,is it normal and is it a problem if I do not masturbate after to relieve the pain? since I wait for time to pass so that the pain ends , I m in any health danger?

Hi,

Epidydmal hypertension is the name given to this condition also called blue ball in general term. This occurs due to any reason giving rise to prolonged sexual arousal without ejaculation as a result of build up of fluid in the testicles. While this condition can cause pain and discomfort, but it is not dangerous. It usually resolves on its own without any treatment. However, with prolonged or intense symptoms, use of ice application or use of OTC analgesics may be helpful. Act of masturbation can also help to relieve the symptoms of blue ball in the meanwhile quickly.
