Why Do I Feel Pain In Stomach And Back At 37.5 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

hi im 37 + 5 days pregnant, and been having alot of pains going through my back and stomach, also when my baby moves my stomach goes really tight. i dont think its labour as the pains have been coming and going for the past few days and not at regular intervals, although this is my 1st baby so dont really know what to expect

dear,if u r having pain then do not decide by urself .let ur gynaec examine ur as u r on the way to complete ur gestation and at any time u may deliver ur baby,so be careful .this pain may be due to gastritis ,if i were ur treating doc then i must have given u a clue that whenever u feel pain take tab anaforton ,if pain subsides then it is not labor pain but if pain persists then run to hospital and get admitted.
