Why Do I Feel Sick And Arms Heavy In 8th Week Of Pregnancy?

This is my 7th pregancy all healthy but this time is really different I'm only 8weeks and I'm really big and cannot hide the fact I'm pregant ( not been like this with any of the others) I feel very stuffy and sickly all the time and arms feel very heavy
