Why Do I Get An Intense Need To Urinate Shortly After Ejaculation?

Hi, Shortly after ejaculating (20-30 minutes) I get an intense need to urinate. The following urination is very painful with a stinging needle-like sensation. Is this something to be concerned about and ways to treat and manage this. It has been an ongoing issue for around 2 years.
