Why Do I Get Excessive Pre-ejaculate Secretion In The Morning Even When Not Aroused?
Hi, i get precum a lot in morning even when i m not aroused i found stains on my underwear which gives me anxiety and feel sometimes kind of tension in penis idk how to describe it fully and also same kind of pain lower the balls in pelvic area. Its not pain but kind of feeling of pain or like that or tension. Im worried also my erection is slight bend downwards idk if its normal or not i feel its not that hard im worried what to do. It gives me anxiety

Hi,
There are certain medical conditions which can cause excessive pre-ejaculate, even without aroused. Prostatic conditions like prostatitis, prostatic hypertrophy and prostatic cancer, drug or alcohol abuse, diabetes. Also, some of the medicines like some anti-depressive, mood stabilizers & certain hormones can also cause excessive pre-ejaculation without arousal.
The treatment of this condition will depend on the treatment of the cause. However, if no specific cause is diagnosed ,then a group of medicines 5-alfa-reductase-inhibitor such as finasteride may be helpful in reducing the episodes of excessive secretion of pre-ejaculate secretions.
