Why Do I Get Headache While Thinking Something?

hi whenever i try to think of what to do or what to do next i get a headach like as if som 1 is pumping up my head ind its reddy to explode i wonce got a clustermigrain from this and after it gets reely bad i forget what i was thinking about and that makes me mad kuz i no i was thinking about somthing so i try reeeely hard to remember what i was trying to think of in the first time and i get totaly lost and end up with a headake i dono wut to do and i dont no how to say this when i go to a clinic or my family doctor kuz i cant read over what i sed like i can when i type so im not getting all confuzed and get a headach like no im starting to get 1
