Why Do I Get Recurrent UTI After Intercourse?

I keep getting A UTI with bacteria called klebsiella pneumoniae after having sex with a certain person,he is not circumcised. We need to figure this out. We both wash and are very clean!! I know it's because of him because of i don't touch him I'm fine! This is been recurring for 14 years!! Help please

Hi,

It is the smegma collection underneath your partner's penile foreskin where the bacteria grow even after cleaning it properly, and that is the only source of your UTI after the intercourse.

It is strongly recommended for him to get circumcision (and avoiding your recurrent UTI as well as his balanitis) and till that time, avoiding unprotected sex will serve best results. Wish you fine sex life ahead.
