Why Do I Get Red Bumps On My Hips Only At Night?
i get red bumbs on my hips and right side.. only at night i first started noticing them after i went to the gym and later that night got them.. No other medical problems other then these bumps they dont itch but when a part of my body does itch few minutes later there is a bump there to.

According to your complaints it seems to be an allergic reaction. I would recommend you to take antihistamine like tablet Cetirizine once daily at night for 10 days.
