Hello,
A pinched nerve in the
cervical spine (neck) or upper back might trigger shooting pain in the left arm during ejaculation, when the body is tense. This may be indicative of
referred pain due to nerve entrapment or
radiculopathy.
Get a cervical spine X-ray or MRI done to check for nerve compression. Also, get a neurological examination done if there's tingling, numbness, or weakness. Blood tests (like cholesterol, blood sugar) to check heart risk factors. If along with needle-like pain, you are also experiencing
shortness of breath,
chest discomfort, sweating, dizziness, or fatigue, this should be evaluated immediately. It may be suggestive of angina or cardiac ischemia.
Get an ECG and cardiac stress test done to rule out heart issues. Get clinically examined by a GP and get all required blood tests and imaging tests done to detect the cause of your symptoms so that treatment can be started at the earliest. In some cases, anxiety about sex or climax can cause physical symptoms, including odd pain sensations. Stay away from stress and anxiety.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
