Why Do I Have 2 Lumps In My Lower Abdomen, Excessive Belching, Flatulence And Foul Smelling Bowel Movement?

I have 2 lumps in my liwer abdomen, excessive belching and flatulence, foul smelling misshapen bowel movements. Dull ache from area of lumps and pain and itch that radiates from my back(left side) to the front. Ive lost nearly 30 lbs in the last 18 months, seem to be holding at 160.
