Why Do I Have ESR 110 And Mildly Abnormal Urine?

Am 55 yr old female, 5 4 and 190 lb. Despite complicated medical history, am in relatively good health at the moment. Past diagnoses: SLE, Type II Diabetes, heart disease & peripheral artery disease, asthma, (30 yr smoker, quit 2004) mild depression, osteoarthritis, ADHD (believed resulting from brain damage during craniotomy) hypothyroidism, osteopaenia (spelling.) Labs at rheumatologist visit last Friday show ESR of 110, and mildly abnormal urine but no symptoms of UTI and haven t been ill. So, any thoughts on the ESR?

You have enough disease which requeres constant monitiaring. High esr isnot spesific for any disease. It is good that you are having no problem. Itshows you are getting proper treatment for all disease. For depression get tratment from family physician.
