The brown things in your urine might be tiny blood clots. This needs to be checked by a urologist who can look into your bladder and figure out why there is blood in your urine. The pain is also not normal, and it could be due to ovarian cysts, endometriosis, or many other possible causes of pain. If this pain is severe and does not resolve on its own, you should have your doctor do an exam. An ultrasound might help diagnose the cause of the pain, or sometimes even a surgery called a laparoscopy might be needed to identify the cause. I hope this helps answer your question, please let me know if you have any more questions.
