Why Do I Have A Pain In The Back Of Knee That Goes Up To Foot And Hip Area?
I have a tightening feeling in the back of my knee (like I am going to get a leg cramp, but I don t). Then it slowly burns and intensifies, along with that I have terrible pain the my foot on the same leg - in the palm of my foot below my toes (similar to a bone spur) - I did have a bone spur in my heal on the other foot a year ago. The pain behind the knee is burning and goes up the leg sometimes into the hip area. Can you tell me what it might be?
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. It appears that you have the arthritis of the knee, other cayses being deep vein thrombosis, or sciatica. I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have a M.R.I. for confirmation. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, and then periodically. ofloxacin, and mefanamic acid. Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to hasten the recovery. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
