Hi, I have a circle patch on my stomach that is red around and white in the middle compared to the rest of my skin. I have terrible dry skin all over and its just as dry as the rest of my skin. I have tried googling it and nothing pops up that looks like it

from history it seems that you might be having tinea infection giving rise this problem.
Apply anti-fungal cream locallay.
Apply moisturizing or Vaseline cream on rest of the body.
Ok and take care.
