Why Do I Have A Red Blotchy Spot Near My Buttlock?
I havea quarter size red blotchy spot and smaller red spot at top of crack of buttocks ...it seems to lighten up at night and get redder during the day ..and seems to be getting larger...i have had these spots for 3 months ...am going to doctor on monday ..any ideas?

Hello,
The symptoms seem to be related to folliculitis which is an infection of the hair follicle. I suggest to use an antibacterial soap to clean the area. I also suggest to use an antibiotic cream such as Neosporin cream for local application.
