Its like some hot fluid is getting filled in the penis. This also makes the erection weak and it continues till I ejaculate. After ejaculation the burning sensation gets relieved. I have done a complete health checkup recently and my ultrasound study of abdomen says the prostate is shows enlarged 4 x 3.1 x 4.3 cm weight 29 gms and no focal lesions. PSA is 0.6 . What could be the problem. Pls. advise.
Inflammation of prostate referred to as prostatitis is a close possibility that can explain your symptoms. The enlarged prostate again is attributable to this condition. Getting your urine and semen tested - routine analysis and microscopic studies / culture can help you predict the nature and type of infection.
This can be followed by a brief course of appropriate antibiotics and plenty of fluid consumption.
With these measures and abstaining sexual intercourse till recovery will benefit you.
Consult your nearest urologist and discuss your problem. He/she will guide you through the investigations and treatment.
Wish you speedy recovery.
