I have this central chest pain that usually acts up, it is the size of a thumb in the center of my chest. It sort of feels like hiccups in my central chest that hurt a little bit each time. I get really scared I am having a heart attack It's a really scary feeling and seems to occur randomly while I am seated lasts a few seconds to a few minutes even a couple hours and then goes away.
