I started having dizzy spells yesterday after i came home from shopping .. i went to lie down to relax and it went off untill i sat up to get off the bed and it came back .. it was not too bad sitting up but on going to bed again last night it came back .. it has been the same all day today .. i am a 73yr widow .. thank you for any help you can advise ..
Hi, Thanks for asking. Based on your query, my opinion is as follows. 1. Dizzy spells needs to be carefully evaluated. 2. It is more common due to dehydration. However, if hydration is good, check for blood pressure and haemoglobin levels. 3. If it is related to postural change, then postural hypotension requires evaluation. Take plenty of fluids, and get your blood pressure and haemoglobin evaluated. Hope it helps. Any further queries, happy to help again.
