hi im just wondering if flabby testicals was normal i ve been peeing alot i wonder if its because im peeing alot?

The skin of the testis may appear ' flabby' but thats normal due to rugosity of the skin.However,frequent micturition is another problem entirely.It may indicate urinary tract infection,or diabetes.Please get tested.
