Why Do I Have Food Poisoning Like Symptoms During Pregnancy?

Hi my name is kathy im 38 weeks pregnate and im not sure if i have food poisning .last nite i woke up coughing as if i had swalloed my own vomit i felt really week ,dhydrated,some cramping.This morning i wake up to weakness ,joints hurting a lil bit of a headache back pains as wel should i worry ?

Hi Kathy..after reading you it seems that it is regurgitation causing coughing.. Its due to effect of your growing baby..so don't worry about it..if I would be your doctor then I would suggest you to take antacid syrup at bedtime to prevent these problems.. Also suggest you to sleep in left lateral position.. As this medicine is to be given on prescription please talk to your local doctor for the same..
