Why Do I Have Headache And Tingling Sensation?
Hi last night I went to bed with a headache, I woke up twice during the night because both of my hands had gone 'to sleep' they were both numb and I needed to more them to get the circulation going again, I wasn't lying on my arms. This morning I noticed I have a tingling/numb sensation in the end of my nose and both of my hands have a strange skin crawling/sight tingling feeling.

One possible explanation for numbness in your hands could be pressure on the nerves( Mostly Radial nerve) during sleep. As you mentioned headache and tingling and insect-crawling like sensation, it could be due to Aura of migraine. Anyways it is highly advisable to visit a neurologist.
