Why Do I Have High BP After Work Out And Normal Otherwise ?

The other day while working out, I started to get dizzy and see stars. I went to my team s trainer and found that my blood pressure was pretty high but then went back down right away to normal after maybe two minutes. The next day, I checked my numbers in the morning and afternoon, both showing that my blood pressure was low. This had never happened before.

Hi, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum

BP and heart rate tends to be high during workouts. As far as your fluctuating blood pressure levels are concerned if they are between systolic 100 -140 and diastolic 70 - 90 no need to worry. It is advisable for you to get evaluated by a physician for your dizziness as it can be due to many reasons.
Take care
