Hi
Dr. Purushottam welcomes you to HCM virtual clinic!
Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic. I have carefully gone through your case, and I think I have understood your concern. I will try to address your medical concerns and would suggest you the best of the available treatment options.
It is sorry to know about your mishaps. But please do not worry.
It is good that you know that your progesterone shows low, so we have options to correct that.
I could not find from your question , how many weeks you are carrying.
In any case, I will suggest you--
1) Inj. HCG 5000 IU twice a week, till 14 weeks
2) Cap SUSTEN 200 per vaginally twice a day till 14 weeks
3) Folic acid, vitanin B 12, omega 3 supplements on daily basis
4) Get USG done
I will suggest you think positively, relax, be calm, practice meditation.
I hope my answer helps you.
Thanks.
