Why Do I Have Pain In The Lower Back Side Of Head?

Hi a few weeks ago i got a pain in the back of my head near the bottom of the skull and top of my neck its now been a few weeks and it feels like theres a lump inside my head and feels very heavy and is making my jaw heavyer when i talk i have never got this pain before and its on the right side

hello thanks for consulting at hcm..did u have recent trauma,or sudden jerky movements involving neck extension,,it could be either hematoma or straining of muscle,,either ways get an cbct scan to c its location, extension etc,,plz visit a oral medicine r oral surgeon specialist for a check up and treatment,,hope it helps,,tc..
