Why Do I Have Painful Breasts?
Hi my last monthly was not normal it was light and only lasted 3 days as I am usually heavy and bleed for 7 days I was losing bits of flesh, now I m left with very painful breast I don t think I could be pregnant as I have been sterilised 6 years ago I m now 35 any idea what could be going on

No. I don't think that you may have pregnancy. I would suggest you to do a thyroid profile test done and prolactin test done as these hormonal irregularities can lead to these symptoms. Start Primrose tablets for 30 days.
