Why Do I Have Recurrent UTI ?

sir iam 38y old lady.i have 2 uti in this year.6 months before i need uti.i consult doc and finished the antibiotic course. after the months i feel burning sens sometime.i took culture 2 times the results was normal.but 1 week before i need uti.urine analysis seen.puscells 2-4, bacteria 4-6, i consult docter she adv antibiotics 5days.atpresent i have pain in my urethra . whats the problem sir?pls help

Hi Reka,
Welcome to HCM.
You will need to get an ultrasound scan done to rule out any urinary tract problem and to see if you have a problem of incomplete urination. If diabetic you will need to control diabetes. If you have cystocele or prolapse of uterus that will need to be corrected. Get urine culture and sensitivity done and the antibiotic according to the sensitivity should be used if there is a growth otherwise no drugs are required. Drink plenty of water. Consult an urologist.
