Why Do I Have Red Spots Around The Vagina Filled With Pus ?

hi i have a inflamed vagina on the one side with five red spots all round the vagina and they all seem to be pussing quiet a bit and it is really sore . and i am haveing to wear a sanitary towel as my discharge is quiet heavy??

Wearing a sanitary towel may not completely subside the complaints. From the history provided it looks like infection. Most probably bacterial. but you need to get yourself checked (may be protozoal) to get the right treatment.
