Why Do I Have Serious Spermatorrhea And Premature Ejaculation?
Hi, I am very seriously suffering spermatorrhoea, dur to this i can not have/maintain erection, furthermore if i start intercourse i ejaculate within 10 seconds, I tried everything but no result. Pls help me to get rid of these problems, thanks
Your symptoms are indicative of erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. It may take some time before you see improvement. So be patient. Get clinically examined by a urologist; you will be taught few exercises like pelvic floor exercises that will help to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles and hence, maintain erection. Do pause-squeeze technique, it helps to delay ejaculation.
Oral medicines, sildenafil (Viagra), Tadalafil and pain relievers are the treatment. Any underlying medical condition (prostate, bladder problem, hernia, hydrocele, etc.) that may cause you symptoms will be treated. Take healthy food with minerals and protein, maintain healthy weight.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
