If I were your doctor, after a general physical examination I would advise you for a routine stool test for ova and cyst and give you an anti emetic and an anti spasmodic depending on the severity of the pain you have. Depending on the result of the investigations, I would consider prescribing for you a broad spectrum antibiotic effective against both aerobic and anaerobic organisms including flagellets. I would also add a probiotic and a proton pump inhibitor to it. Also avoid eating from outside.
