Why Do I Have Watery Sperm?

Whenever i am with my girlfriend my sperm comes out not fully but something like watery substance
And every day this watery substance comes out of.my penis
And i also have a problem of nightfall . I have nightfall for 4-5 times every month
I am drpressed all these mske me feel low even i started sleeping more than before ehat should i do ??

I have gone through your query. If you are ejaculating more frequently semen will become thinner in subsequent ejaculations. You can do abstinence and see whether it is getting thicker. If not getting thicker then go for a semen analysis. Night fall is an usual thing. It is just natural expulsion of semen when its storage is full. Nothing to worry about it.
