Why Do I Have Wet Dreams At Night?
Dear Dr. Chaves,
I am 21 years old.I have been masturbating almost daily since I was 14
and also i used to eat less. I was too thin. Then at the age of 19, I
left masturating and started eating a lot. I saw growth in myself but
from the past 2 years I am having wet dreams. Now whenever wet dreams
happen I can see muscle loss in my legs and also i can feel pain and
also my bum is shrinking. Why is it happening? Is this because of
excess mastubation earlier and now frequent wet dreams?

Masturbation never causes any adverse health effect to anybody. In fact it has its advantage.
As you have left doing masturbation, you are facing problem of wet dreams. When you do not ejaculate nature founds its way of discharging it. All the phenomenon you have mentioned is because of the associated muscle action.
You can continue with your masturbation. Once you start your problem will gradually goes away.
