Why Do I Have White Spots On My Scrotum?

I have several white spots on my scrotum, im 24 years old and theyve been there for at least a year. they are not painful, but do grow in size and more develop over time. im not too confident about seeing a doctor but I would like to know what these are and what a doctor is likely to say he/she can do about it

Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

Judging from the query, I would suppose that we are dealing here with a possibility of vitiliginous patches.

Clinical confirmation by a dermatologist is required. You can visit a nearby dermatologist OR else you can post me a direct query along with a clear digital photograph of the affected area on my profile : http://doctor.healthcaremagic.com/doctors/dr-kakkar-s/66939

Localized Vitiligo can be treated with topical steroids along with topical immunomodulators like tacrolimus.
