I smell a strange almost sweet smell occasionally. I happens a couple of times a week. My husband does not smell it. Could it be something in my body. Am I lacking something. I have been told that I have high acidity levels. Any ideas why this is happening?
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.
Sweet smells are commonly related to diabetes. I suggest to do a glycemic level for further evaluation. If the diagnosis is confirmed you should consult an endocrinologist for specific treatment.
