Why Do I Pass Blood Clots While Urinating With Erection?

sometimes when i have an eriction i will pee blood clots some are rather large i have had a sisto. and a c.t. scan both doctors said everything looked normal but one said i had a fatty liver do you think i could have a ruptured vein in my penis

Hello,

No, if it ruptured veins, you will be having continues bleed, not during erection alone.

Since you talked about liver, fatty lever won't cause this issue, but if you have any liver issue like viral hepatitis, hepatic injury, drug toxicity jaundice. These can cause BLEEDING DISORDER.

The bleeding disorder can be one of the reasons for your issue.

Check for BT, CT, PT INR, and Doppler penis.
