Why Do I See Blood While Wiping After Urinating?
I have had a complete hysterectomy about 5 years ago. I have noticed when I urinate I see blood after I wipe but no blood in my urine and I don't have any pain or hard time when I urinate. But I do have a bad lower back pain and I also feel like I have a lot of pressue below. I was told my bladder could have dropped could you please tell me what you think.

Blood while wiping after urinating could be related to problems with:
- urinary tract
- genital tract (the one that has been left after complete hysterectomy)
I highly suggest to do further investigations to diagnose the right problem:
- urine analysis
- vaginal swab testing
- pap smearing
- transvaginal/abdominal ultrasound
Based on the test results, specific treatment will be prescribed.
