Why Do I Vomit Whole Day And Have Headache And Dizziness?
Hi I puke almost every day, have constant headaches, always nauseous, dizzy when I puke, and I almost feel drugged. But I know i m not because it happens often even when I am alone. The doctors say there s nothing wrong and it is anxiety but even when I am not stressed or particularly anxious this feeling occurs.

It seems from the history that you are having headache associated with dizziness and vomiting.
This can be because of migraine. This requires treatment by analgesics and antiemetic in acute phase.
The repeated attacks can be prevented by prophylactic drugs in the form of flunarizine or beta blockers.
