I recently had my second child and am exercising to get back in shape. We jump rope in class and i can't do more than 5 skips and i'm wetting myself. even after I excuse myself to use the bathroom, 5 more jumps and i'm dribbling again. I've tried keigles, but can only hold 3/4 seconds.

You are doing the right thing by doing kegels exercises but it does take at least few weeks to work. So please persist with it. Most patients improve on it.
Avoid coffee and tea as well as fizzy drinks and cocoa products. If symptoms persist the you might need surgical intervention in the form of a mid urethral tape after further evaluation to confirm diagnosis.
