Hi, As per your history, it appears that your symptoms and the frequent cycles could be related to hormonal imbalances created due to stress and excessive exercise and improper food habits. Please remember, hormonal milieu of the body is a very delicate balance and especially at your age when things just begin to settle down; this can get disrupted very easily. Certain medications, infections, sudden weight changes also can contribute to the cause. You should see a specialist for proper treatment. Avoid stress, try breathing and relaxation exercises and avoid over workouts. Hope this helps.
