HI, Actually hot flashes are characterised by low estrogen levels, which in turn stimulate our brain(hypothalamus) to increase body temprature. At ovulation there is a bit fluctuation in estrogen level-causing slight rise in body temprature ( about half -one degree fahrenheit)& this hardly creates significant symptoms. You seem to have excessive heat post ovulatery days. I would advice you to get your hormonal assay done & consult an endocrinologist to get suitable hormonal treatment. Thanks.
Dear during the ovulation period sex hormones (ESTROGEN) releases which make you hot. So don't worry its a normal phenomena. You should avoid fatty food and don't take egg during breakfast. You should keep a cloth pad below vagina so that your's clothes will be safe from getting wet and will not disterb your sleep. Hope you will not be worried regarding this issue after reading my answer . you can ask further if you find any problem regarding this issue. Otherwise you should go to your concern doctor. Thanks for asking the question.
