Why Do Kids Grind Their Teeth While Sleeping?
Hi My four year old son has some yellow spotting on his anus. He grinds his teeth at night. Ive given him pin worm medication. I closely observe his poop but do not see any pinworms. He doesnt complain on any stomach ache or itching down there. But the grinding is driving me nuts! please help.

Children having pinworms usually have grinding of teeth (Bruxism).
It may be physiological.
It may be also a psychological problem requiring psychiatrist's advice.
Ivermectin helps in eradicating pinworms.
