Why Do Nipples Swell After Sex?

hi
i had unprotected sex 12 days back which was 2 days after my period was over. since the last 3-4 days my nipples have been swollen and painful. is it possible that i am pregnant?

p.s i took an emergency contraceptive pill 4-5 hours after having unprotected sex

A sexual act can lead to hormonal changes and this leads to changes in the genitalia. this could be the reason for the sore and swollen nipples. One another possibility is that there could be an infection and that will require a gynecologist. Do visit one and get your breasts examined.
