Eggs and bacon are definitely high fat food. Yoiu can be clever in avoiding the yolk part of the egg which has lot of saturated fat. One thing you should keep in mind is the saturated fat. This should not be more than 10% of the total fat content. So anything that you consume should keep in mind about this. Isnt it cool to know this?
