Why Does A Doctor Prescribe Sustene Vt 200?

hai doctor am priya...age of 26 years...I got married 2 years back..am not conceive..am consult a doctor..she suggested for follicular scan...bt at my day 15 th the overy is nt grown.so she gave sustene vt 200 along with folisafe and melmet 1000.my dought will I get my periods regular...or why she gve sustene vt 200?reply me please

Hi,

Susten VT contains hormonal preparation progesterone. It makes uterine environment favorable for implantation and support early pregnancy. It also helps in regularizing the period. It should be taken after ovulation to support luteal phase. It should be taken from 15th to 25th day of your cycle. Continue to take as prescribed. Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water, maintain proper pelvic hygiene and do regular exercise.
