Dear Doctor , My sister s baby boy, 11 months old, urinate in drops frequently, yellowish in color, especially, while climbing the steps etc.,... Please advise me....

He might have phymosis problem,
while giving bath his mother should clean fore skin daily with plain water,
He might have some urinary infection too,so go for urine check up.
Give enough water.

read your prob, nothing to worry, such type of symptoms appeare due to eighter urinary infection or phemosis, durig upstair bladder compress n drops comes out.
you should get complete urine analysis, CBC . refer all these things to your doc, n start proper treatment.
