Dear service user,
Thank you for writing to us.
I understand your concern about
erectile dysfunction, to have a baby and inability to have coitus with same sex partners.
Erectile dysfunction is commonly caused by male performance
anxiety (psychological factor), diabetics, alcohol use,
smoking, after surgical procedures etc.
You can have sex with your spouse, suggests no physical abnormality or disease. This is likely performance anxiety in your case.
Erectile failure does occur occasionally due to situational reasons like
fatigue, tension or own ''pressure to 'perform' rather to enjoy''. This is very common and happens to every man.
This 'failure' of erection makes one feel 'I should perform best' and he 'tries to erect’. This in turn further leads to loosening of erection because the mind gets diverted from pleasure and erotic thoughts to performance anxiety.
For constant erection, continuous exciting/romantic/erotic feelings should be there in mind. If the mind is diverted to concern about erection during sex you will lose erection. Just enjoy feelings and erotic pleasure during sex without bothering of quality of erection and your performance during next sexual encounters. Practice this regularly.
This is the reason why you cannot have sex with same sex partners.
I suggest
psychological counseling with sex therapist. Drugs are not permanent solution for your problem.
You can come out of this surely.
Wish you good health.
