Why Does Every Thing Glare?

All of a sudden I see a lot of glare on everything. One eye can barely see anything at all because of the glares. I'm 17 and I wear glasses. Taking them on and off doesn't seem to make a difference. Why are my eyes seeing a whole of glare all of a sudden?

It is not posibleto advise without examining the especially fund us. so report to eye doctor for complete examination. problem can be right from pupil to macula. in the mean time you can apply refresh tear eye drop.
